By accessing or using the RolAgent platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
RolAgent is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered access to ERP, banking, and e-commerce data via WhatsApp. The service is offered on a credit-based pay-as-you-go model.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access.
Credits must be purchased to use the service. Credits are non-refundable. Each message transaction deducts credits based on the AI model used and token count. Service is paused when the balance reaches zero.
You may not use the platform for any illegal purposes. Attempts to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service for other users may result in account suspension.
When you connect your ERP, banking, and e-commerce systems, you authorize our AI assistant to access your data. Your data is used solely to provide services to you and is not shared with other users.
RolAgent does not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses. It is recommended to verify AI outputs for financial or business decisions. The platform is provided 'as is'.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
